Here are some of my favorite fast-breakers loaded with vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants for optimal vitality. I’ll share some tips on how to blitz some sneaky veggies first thing in the morning. All you have to do is combine these gorgeous ingredients and blend away till it is silky and smooth!
Golden Goddess Smoothie
- One frozen banana
- One pitted Medjool date
- One scoop of a protein powder of choice
- One handful of frozen cauliflower
- One teaspoon of turmeric
- One teaspoon of cinnamon
- Two drops of turmeric oil
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 1 cup to 1 ½ water or plant-based milk depending on your preferred consistency
Simply Glorious Green Smoothie
- One frozen banana
- One pitted Medjool date
- ½ cup of cooked green peas
- One scoop of a protein powder of choice
- One handful of frozen cubed courgette
- One tablespoon of MCT oil or coconut oil
- One teaspoon of moringa powder
- Three drops of lemon oil
- 1 cup to 1 ½ water or plant-based milk depending on your preferred consistency
Collagen Boost Coffee Chocolate Smoothie
- One frozen banana
- One scoop of collagen powder or protein powder of choice
- One handful of frozen spinach
- One tablespoon of almond butter
- One heaped tablespoon of cacao
- One tablespoon of ground coffee
- 1 cup to 1 ½ water or plant-based milk depending on your preferred consistency
Tel-Aviv Tahini Smoothie
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- One pitted Medjool date
- One scoop of protein powder of choice
- One handful of frozen cauliflower
- Two tablespoons tahini
