In this 12-week weight program, I will coach you to take incremental steps of progress that create long-term habits for life. “WIINS” is an acronym for:

I – Identifying Eating Behaviors and Stress Management

I – Intuitive Eating and Mindfulness

N – Nutrition 

S – Self Confidence and Body Image


In this 12-week program, we will work together towards sustained weight loss so you never have to diet again. We will start by working on your mindset and belief system to adjust your thinking around eating, nutrition, body, and weight. Once you’ve mastered the mindset skills, we’ll tap into everything you need to know to sustain healthy habits. I’ll help you find the best balance for your unique lifestyle with nutrition so you feel confident and empowered in your choices and know how to take responsibility for your health and happiness. We will have the chance to work through different situations and seasons of life and see where our strengths and weaknesses lie, with room for flexibility, big wins, and potential setbacks. It’s taken a lifetime to get where you are today, so let’s build on an even better tomorrow together.

  • A complimentary health consultation to discuss your concerns
  • 12 private sessions of 45 minutes 
  • Weekday support Monday to Friday – with questions regarding assignments and nutrition between our sessions via e-mail with a 48-hour turnaround time. 
  • Sharing of resources, recipes, handouts, notes, and tools throughout the program 
  • Weekly handouts
  • We will focus on; your belief system, thought management, eating habits, stress management, food journaling, education for optimal energy, hormonal and digestive health, self-care, mindful movement, services you should invest in, and anything else that comes up for you.
